Acceptance of TermsBy downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CraveFlip iOS application ("App") or visiting our landing page ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Site.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. License GrantSubject to these Terms, CraveFlip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control.4. Accounts & User DataAccounts: The App may allow you to register or connect an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.Saved Recipes & History: Saved recipes and history are stored locally on your device unless you expressly enable account-based syncing or cloud backup. We recommend you keep backups of any content you consider important.Ownership: You retain ownership of content you upload or input into the App.Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by CraveFlip without compensation and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback.5. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App.

- Attempt to bypass security or access controls.7. Ads, Monetization & Subscriptions
7.1 AdsThe free version of the App may display third-party advertisements. We do not endorse or guarantee the content of such ads. Advertisers may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.7.2 Subscription Tiers (CraveFlip Pro)We offer paid subscription tiers (“Subscriptions”) that provide premium features (for example: ad-free experience, premium content, expanded gallery, nutritional facts). Subscription features and pricing will be shown in the App and at the point of purchase.7.3 Billing, Auto-Renewal & Management- Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed through your Apple ID account and auto-renew until cancelled.- You authorize Apple (or the relevant platform) to charge your account for the applicable subscription fees. CraveFlip does not receive or store your full payment card details.- To manage or cancel a subscription, use your platform account settings (for Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Note: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not typically result in a pro-rata refund; your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.7.4 Free TrialsIf a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription if not cancelled before the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Free trial availability is limited to one per user/account unless otherwise stated.7.5 RefundsRefunds for in-app purchases are governed by the app-store platform such as Apple App Store. Please contact the app store for refund requests. CraveFlip may, at its discretion, provide refunds for certain purchases but is not obligated to do so.7.6 Taxes & FeesSubscription prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to purchases in your jurisdiction.8. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful, fraudulent or illegal. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.9. Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property rights in the App, Site, content, branding, artwork and code are owned by CraveFlip or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content except as permitted under these Terms.Brand names used in this app are for identification purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the respective trademark owners10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
10.1 DisclaimersTHE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CraveFlip DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE.10.2 Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, CraveFlip’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CraveFlip in connection with the App during the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.11. Third-Party Services & App Store TermsThe App may include links to third-party services, APIs, or content (including recipe providers and ad networks). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.If you obtained the App from an app store (e.g., Apple App Store), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and CraveFlip, and that the app store is not a party to these Terms. Any claims related to the distribution of the App through such a platform must be brought against CraveFlip (except where the platform’s policies provide otherwise). The platform may have separate terms and policies that apply to your purchase.12. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam.13. Changes to TermsWe may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting subscriptions or billing, we will provide notice (for example, in-app message or email) and, when required by law, obtain consent.
